3D Printing

At Tuscany 3D we use a Z-Corp 510 printer.  This cutting-edge 3D printer is an innovative combination of :

• Powerful CAD software
• High performance composite build powder
• High-resolution printing technology
• Multi-color inkjet printing technology

Inkjet-based prototyping technology had higher resolution and faster creation time than most other prototyping technologies.  It is especially useful for accelerating product time-to-market.  Only inkjet based prototyping technology can create full color models-a characteristic often valuable to innovators, especially for concept demonstrations.

There are two different materials available to print in:

• A ceramic powder that produces a firm solid part
• An elastomeric powder that produces parts with flexible properties.
